Runite Consulting is a small Auckland chartered accountancy practice offering consultations in Korean. It is run by a CA ANZ member who previously worked at KPMG and BDO and who holds a Certificate of Public Practice and qualified-auditor status, and the same accountant handles an engagement from start to finish rather than passing it down a team.
The work is narrower and more specialist than a general tax practice. It covers due diligence and audit preparation for buying or selling a business, raising investment, or supporting a bank or visa application; statutory audits and reviews for charities, churches, sports clubs, community groups and PTEs under the Charities Act and Incorporated Societies Act, including reports formatted for funders such as Sport NZ; and profitability, cost-structure and cash-flow forecasting work for owner-operated and family businesses. FBT returns and one-to-one accounting training are also offered.
