Korean Local NZ는 개인정보를 존중하며 뉴질랜드 Privacy Act 2020 에 따라 처리합니다. 업체 등록, 정보 수정, 문의를 보낼 때 제공한 이름, 이메일, 메시지는 답변과 디렉토리 관리 목적에만 사용합니다. 필요한 범위를 넘어 개인정보를 요구하지 않으며, 디렉토리 이용을 위해 계정을 만들 필요도 없습니다.
Korean Local NZ respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Information you send us — when you submit a listing, report an error, or contact us, we receive what you choose to provide (for example your name, email, and message).
- Basic analytics — aggregated, non-identifying usage data (such as which pages are popular) to improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not require an account to browse the directory or read guides.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, listing submission, or correction.
- To maintain the accuracy of the directory.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
Form submissions
When you send a listing submission, a listing claim, a correction report, or a newsletter signup, what you type is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Google Cloud Platform, Sydney region) and a notification containing it is posted to our private Slack workspace so we see it promptly. Both are processors acting on our instructions; only we can read the submissions.
The correction-report form is anonymous — it does not ask for your name, and an email address is optional and used only if we need to ask a follow-up question. Please only submit information you are comfortable sharing for these purposes.
Business listings
Directory entries describe businesses and use publicly available, stable identifiers (such as the New Zealand Business Number) and links to each business's own website and Google profile. If you are an owner and want your listing corrected or removed, contact us and we will action it promptly.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected].
