A Korean fried chicken shop that was born in Albany and leans into its home turf. The name says it all: Heihei (Maori for chicken), Korea and that unmistakable crunch. Everything is fried fresh and sauced by hand, so you pick your heat and finish: Original Krunch for the classic crispy hit, Honey Butter or Creamy Mayo for the mellow end, and Magma when you want it fiery, with Seasoned, Honey Soy, Spicy Soy and Pepper in between.
