Star Dental is a Rosedale dental clinic at Unit B, 46 Constellation Drive, on Auckland’s North Shore. It covers the everyday basics (check-ups, hygiene care and fillings) alongside cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, teeth whitening, root canal treatment, wisdom tooth removal, crowns, bridges, veneers and paediatric dentistry. Principal dentist Dr Andrew Hong trained in the United States (DMD, University of Pittsburgh, with a surgical residency at the Misch Implant Institute) and South Korea (Master of Clinical Dentistry, Ajou University), and is licensed in the US, South Korea and New Zealand. Dr Ha Eun Cho, born in Korea, graduated with honours from King’s College London. Korean-speaking patients can book and ask questions in Korean: the practice’s front-of-house team includes Korean-English bilingual staff. The clinic is ACC and WINZ registered and a member of the New Zealand Dental Association.
