It carries parcels one way, from Korea into New Zealand, and its whole point is to make ordering from a Korean online store feel like ordering domestically.

How it works · 이용 안내

  • A mailbox number instead of a form: you are given a box number to use in the delivery address when you order in Korea. There is no separate application to fill in for each parcel.
  • Consolidation: several separate Korean orders are gathered at the warehouse and packed together before they travel.
  • Air or sea: both routes are offered, so an urgent light parcel and a bulky household load can be sent differently.
  • Customs handled: you enter the declaration details and pay, and the customs side is processed from there.
  • Tracking the whole way: the service notifies you at each stage, from arrival at the Korean warehouse through to delivery here.
