How the air courier works · 이용 안내
- A Korean warehouse: things bought in Korea, or sent by family, go to a warehouse there and are weighed and checked once the contents are confirmed.
- Batch shipping: several purchases can travel as one consignment, as long as every tracking number is submitted under the New Zealand recipient’s name.
- Customs in house: the company clears the freight through New Zealand Customs and MPI using its own broker rather than handing it to a third party.
- Collection or courier: once cleared and paid, freight can be collected at the depot, collected at a North Shore point, or couriered on to you.
- Korean paperwork: the service page, the intake form and the prohibited item guidance all exist in Korean.
